How will be that result? Will I be able to win the match? I bet even if you are reading this, your mind might be somewhere else creating thoughts about your future marriage or a successful career. It not only ends here but even when human beings grow old they still think about their life. So we start overthinking about nothing. Like will I be able to live to the fullest?
Oh! It was a very serious question especially for the old generation who constantly fear about death. Okay, so you think that it might not fear you because you are still not grown up that much. But what if I tell you that a lot of youngsters die in road accidents. What if I tell you that youngsters too become prey to their toxic relationships. They degrade their thoughts to extreme level. They feel their mind with constant toxicity.
Of course this happens a lot but have you ever thought about yourself? Have you ever thought about your mind which gets tired due to your unworthy thoughts? It happens with me too, when sometimes I overthink a lot. But now it doesn’t happen with me at all since I am able to easily forget those issues or problems. See, this world is filled with issues and problems.
From morning till the night during the entire routine an individual will find some or other problem. Because it’s a problem we panic a lot. Though the problem might be small or big, but we will always trouble ourselves and even our close relationships. It can be as small as not able to find your formal clothes. Just like if you don’t find them then your boss will poop on your face. We actually treat every problem same.
It feels stupid but then too we fall prey over such unworthy thoughts. It is because our values are shaped in this manner. But in order to re-shape this values you need to follow a healthy routine. Just like when you organize all the material in your room, you need to also maintain a healthy routine. But does that mean eating healthy or exercising?
Yes, it is important but they are going to make less impact on your overall routine. Basically healthy food will keep you physically fit but not emotionally and mentally. These two steps are more likely to improve your daily mental health status. So we will understand in better way.
STEP 1. AVOID CONTACT WITH DRAMATIC PEOPLE
I bet you this is the step which takes place with everyone and it frequently leads to overthinking. Have you ever come in contact with dramatic people? Did you observe their actions? A lot of people involve dramas even when they communicate and these are one of the lethargic humans on the planet. But that doesn’t mean they are good from their heart or they are kind-hearted individuals.
Let’s take an example. Suppose you have given some work to do by your head or your boss. You work day and night in order to complete that project. Since you have poured a lot of energy into it you will definitely keep it protected or at least give a look once a while.
Now suppose while going to the office, you meet your friend who was also given the same work, but he just didn’t do it. When you show him your work, he then tries to make you emotional. He tells you a random emotional reason about his incomplete work.
Then he tries to butter you in order to get a photocopy of your work so that he could get some idea through it. So will you give it to him? If there is a sensitive and kind-hearted person sitting at that place, then he will definitely give it.
But then after getting a copy, he represents your work to the boss. He changes the style and sticks his name instead of yours. So how will you react? Will you get a shock if that same person is your best friend? Will you start overthinking? You will of course feel angry or you might even try to fight with him. But it won’t affect that moment. This is the truth of dramatic people. Dramas lead to entertainment and you are entertaining the audience by fooling around.
Such kind of people don’t like to work hard and they depend upon someone else to complete their work. You might have even seen during your school days, those students who give their homework to other people and say it like they have completed it by their own. Such people also exist in reality too. This drama leads to overthinking. Since someone takes advantage or tries to push you in the pit, it inculcates negative emotions.
STEP 2. MAINTAIN BOUNDARIES WITHIN YOUR RELATIONSHIPS
Sometimes what happens is that our families or close relationships try to feed toxic thoughts in our mind. This happens a lot of time in temporary relationships. Relationships which leads to breakup, divorce and ultimately overthinking.
An individual will never like to be in a relationship where he or she is insulted, or the other person tries to hurt feelings. It happens a lot because we get so close to that person that we start engaging our personal emotions.
A relationship is said to be toxic when a person tries to intentionally hurt the other due to jealousy or hatred. Sometimes when there is no proper communication or straight forward talk we get into that place where we shouldn’t. Exactly, we talk shit about other people, discuss what happened on that day, mix up some random thoughts with violence, tell fake stories and then we expect love. Is that really we call as love?
You make such relationships to exchange crap or shit? It’s common and that is the major reason for breakup. If you are not respecting other people around then you are neither respecting your relationship nor yourself. There is major reason behind doing such shits and that is our ego. We think that doing this crap will help us to make a great status in the society.
We think that this will help us to understand the mentality and ideology of people. NO, we take this in a negative manner. That is why it is important to maintain distance in a relationship. Avoid sharing of shit or privacy of other people. Don’t try to discuss about your personal emotions. Remember it will ultimately hurt you. Be clean with your ideas or thoughts AND YES AVOID OVERTHINKING.
