This pandemic might be one of the worst unimaginable situation especially for the people who have just started their jobs for financial stability. We all know that most of the small and large scale business have been impacted a lot.
But what can we do? Can we wait for this crisis to burn our pockets? Should we let this situation to compress our life with financial burden? Well most of us don’t want to think in such a manner. People think that such situations should be neglected because this is for time being. But what if this pandemic never ends?
Are you financially stable if this disease lasts for several years? Or what if one day this virus infects you? There are so many questions that might be unanswerable to the common people or the ones who are already suffering through financial crisis.
But have you ever thought why so many people are suffering through financial crisis? There might be various reasons but according to the reports there are some common reasons that are affecting each one of us.
Reason 1. Dependence On A Job
This has been a backbone of financial problem in today’s world. Dependence on a Job is said to be the key element for setting up the route towards poverty. It is said that around 85- 90 percent of the world’s population is relying on a job for financial stability. This might be the greatest shock for you but yes it is true.
The full form of job according to me is Just Over Broke. Actually no one love’s their jobs. Instead we love “MONEY” because that’s the main reason we all are working for. A job is said to be safest place for fixed income, but at the same time it is the worst place for financial dependence. People love their jobs because they can only see money. They will tolerate the physical and mental torture for their monthly pay check.
“BOSS”, the only word that gives butterflies in our stomachs and the only word which gives Goosebumps at night. Even the structure of poop resembles like their boss for some of the employees because that’s the main fear of getting fired from the job.
One of my friend’s uncle who works in a well-reputed company told me his story. One day a special function was held for his company’s hundredth anniversary. They played a game which was called as “UNKNOWN SUGGESTION” in which a person was free to suggest or comment anything like improvements or any complaints by writing it on a piece of paper.
The most interesting part was that each employee of the company from lower level housekeeping staff to the head of the organization was given chance to do so. The game was played to collect good or bad reviews from the employees. My friend’s uncle too was part of this game.
So everyone wrote their own suggestions on a piece of paper. The name of the person wasn’t written down because that’s the main part of the game. After that the chits were collected from every employee and mixed up randomly in a small bucket.
At last every chit was opened by the head of the organization and loudly read it on the mike in a compact hall. My friend’s uncle was such a kind of person who used to never leave such opportunities. It was that time when his chit was lifted from the bucket.
The chit read as “Mr Arron D’souza (his boss) has been there in this organization for a long time. We all have been struggling under him because of his dickhead attitude. Though we bear him a lot but I found this golden opportunity to speak against him. There have been several issues with female staffs working under him. As per my suggestion he should be expelled from the organization. Thank You.”
When the whole chit was read on the mike inside the hall, everyone was shocked. Mr Arron D’souza was speechless. Immediately next day investigation started to check the truth. But unfortunately the female staffs spoke nothing and then it called to be as a false information.
Though name wasn’t written on the chit but then it was handed to Mr Arron to find the truth. He closely observed the handwriting which resembled to one of his employees. It was clear that he was caught as the major proof remained with him. Then just after a week his uncle got fired from the job.
There are so many stories happening around us but we aren’t aware that someone is controlling us. Absolutely it’s money because there is no way other than making through a job. But let me tell you after getting fired, now he is earning ten times more than that job. You might be shocked and want to hear, what was that made him earn more. So I will continue this in the next reason.
Reason 2. Neglecting Business Ideas
After getting kicked out from the job, he wandered around the city not to join a job but to start a business. He invested a lump sum amount of money to open a food stall. He hired an employee and during first few days he incurred loss.
But he didn’t give up, so he started home delivery. After a month he is now generating ten times more amount of profit than what he used to get on his regular job.
There might be a lot of people who have been in the similar situation. But we need to know that Business controls a job. There is no such kind of job which will yield more amount of revenue than a business.
“Remember No Job Can Make You Rich Than The Business Itself.”
A Job of a person is a single unit that contributes towards a successful business. Thus there are several Jobs from the topmost CEO to the housekeeping staff which are making sum amount of contribution in the overall business. If a large amount of profit is generated from your side, then you will be promoted to the next level which is also called as “PROMOTION”.
And the Business grabs the overall profit. If your contribution in a business doesn’t show a remarkable growth, then either you will be fired or your position will be confiscated by someone else. This is what a job in a business looks like.
So the overall domination is that of owner of that Business. Many people feel that Business doesn’t guarantee a position which means it is carried out by illiterate people. There is a myth called as “ENTITLEMENT THROUGH CERTIFICATE”.
Certificate has a lot to say with power. Certificate is an entry for that particular job. No one will be entertained without that certificate. And that’s what a certificate means. It won’t make you rich, but it will promise you to give a chance to enter that job.
“No Matter How Much Intelligent You Are If Your Dream Is To Join Someone Else’s Business Then You Need To Always Work Like A Slave.”
We all have dreamed of becoming something, especially the youngsters. It is said that people who work on their dreams live a good life. But starting from the foundation, tell me what are you dreaming for? Are you dreaming to join a job or want to settle in a business?
Most of the dreams available in the market are sold as Jobs. Yes! We dream by seeing someone. We have that inspiration and excitement to become like them one day. But let me tell you no dream is easy. A pilot can leave his job because of being tortured several times, a doctor can leave a job if he is forced to work like a slave.
Do you know that during Coronavirus Pandemic when everyone was living stress-free life, doctors were the one who were working day and night. So there is nothing you can do when you are joining a job. You are controlled just like a poor slave. You need to follow their orders.
“Achieving A Dream Doesn’t Make You Successful. Learn To Live For It First.”
There is a difference between surviving and living. A Job is something that needs survival. You cannot live on a job because there is no freedom at all. Life requires freedom because that is what life means. Job is just like a bird in a cage.
You cannot escape at all. You need to be on time. Your holidays will be fixed as per the schedules. Management will take the decision and not you. A business can be a very special gift.
It is a true freedom because you are the owner of it. Business doesn’t need any kind of survival. Even if you lose, there will be a day you can stand against all the odds. A true dream is that which truly owns freedom.
There are lot of successful stories around but only few people live their life to the fullest. There are people who live for building someone else’s dream and there are people who put efforts in building themselves. And they live as successful Entrepreneurs!
