How Can You Cope With Anxiety

Many people think that it is a question that only weak-hearted people have. This is not true because even bodybuilders suffer from anxiety attacks. It doesn’t matter if you are strong physically because when people test themselves mentally and emotionally, they tend to fall weak.

Anxiety shouldn’t be seen as a hidden issue because in today’s time it has created panic among younger generations. No matter how many muscles you build or the weight you lift, you won’t be able to handle panic attacks and depression. I have seen people who are physically strong, knock out in gyms but the rest of the day they spend doing nothing.

Anxiety is an important issue and at the same time, it has been neglected because people are ashamed when they discuss it with their social group. Humans who ignore their mental health and forcibly do things according to society suffer in the longer run.

The best example I can explain this is with our careers. After the pandemic, many people were fired from their jobs and a few of them were displaced internally within their companies. So those who were fired from their jobs fell into complete depression.

And the reason behind it was their mindset which they thought that they would remain intact with their companies forever. I feel that the pandemic helped us to learn a lesson that no matter what happens never think that anything will stay with you forever.

Even the closest relationships who were part of our families lost their loved ones. And that’s we need to always keep in mind that nothing in life is going to stay forever. There will be incidents happening in the future but if you keep the same mindset for the rest of your life then you won’t ever grow in life.

And that’s why you should never stay dependent on anything for a long period of time. Nevertheless even after understanding and gaining enough wisdom about it but very few individuals follow the advice diligently throughout their lives.

So we have all understood that we shouldn’t ignore our mental health because it’s going to affect our daily routine. There are some ways to deal with anxiety but again there’s no permanent way to shut it from our lives. There is no permanent solution to these problems because of constant ups and downs in life. There’s uncertainty everywhere and you cannot have control over such issues.

Negative Thinkers

STAY AWAY FROM NEGATIVE THINKERS

You might be thinking that you are strong enough to regroup with negative people. You might think that it won’t have any negative effect on you.  And that’s where even innocents go crazy and turn themselves into evil.

The group you are involved with can permanently change your emotions and affect your values too. This might sound funny but that’s what the truth is. A group is formed when individuals have the same kind of mentality.

Even if you don’t have that type of mentality but just staying with them can make you learn and think negatively. Trust me that during my childhood I experienced this with some of my friends.

Panic

DON’T PANIC NO MATTER HOW STRESSFUL THE SITUATIONS ARE

Sometimes we come to a point in life where we have to maintain a balance between our jobs and relationships. And it can become forceful to our lives since we had accepted the responsibilities of our jobs and families.

All working-class people can relate to this since they have to split the time for their jobs and families accordingly. And that’s the reason I call this an unhealthy lifestyle. Even if you are blessed with enough luxury and a loving family but if you don’t give time for yourself then it can become a problem.

And these are the people who then join therapy courses and mental health awareness programs. It’s no joke because if you are working without putting much effort into understanding yourself then it can become a huge problem in the future.

You might have seen your grandparents suffering from heart diseases, blood pressure, and diabetes. It’s common nowadays because people don’t give enough time for themselves. And then they complain of not being able to cope with anxiety.

Therapy

STOP JOINING THERAPY COURSES

This is the stupidest way to deal with permanent wounds. Therapy courses look like a way to heal your permanent wounds but it only gives you temporary peace. The reality is that these courses make us weaker and the danger of dealing with reality always revolves around our minds.

Simply it means that we try to create peace by forcefully seeking entitlement. These courses are nothing but a waste of time which won’t help you to learn or get anything. As said it will only make your problem complex and nothing else.

In order to find permanent satisfaction in your life the only way is to have control over yourself. And this can only be done by you. Yoga or meditation can help you in doing so but as said that it all depends on how you control yourself. These are some techniques but won’t lead to a permanent solution.

If you practice it on a regular basis then someday you will be able to succeed. And then you will have complete control over your anxiety issues. So it’s better to trust this process and find healing from within.
