Why Should We Manage Our Anger

Anger

The most difficult task to do for individuals who are triggered easily is managing anger in the right way. The current situation is changed and due to the extensive use of social media platforms like Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube, people are finding it tough to control the tremendous pressure through the external environment.

Some people feel that their close relationships are the main trigger of their emotions. While some people feel that the external environment is the main reason for poking their butts. Each individual has different perspective and feelings for others.

So it is very important to understand why your emotions are triggered by these threats. Firstly you need to ask yourself that who are they? Who makes you so much angry? Let’s take example of the trending social media. The social media is basically platform to showcase our talents and skills. But it’s downside even more frightening.

Creators are charged by the amount of negative emotions through the audience. No matter how much educational or inspirational the content is, but the platform is filled with cheap and unhealthy thoughts. This is contributed mainly by the audience who try to spread negativity in order to cool down their anger.

Even if you think this is wrong but there are people who are not able to understand what is right and what is wrong. And you should also note that it does not depend upon the age. Age never justifies the kind of maturity a person is having. Even the people above fifty years of age who are using social media, do such things just for the sake of achieving mental peace.

Though they might have certificates and brilliant grades in their academics, but they are complete failure in the reality. They are truly uneducated when it comes to management. Anger management is not only problem of people on social media platform, but even while talking or communicating in public. There are people who try to provoke anger by questioning unworthy thoughts. The best example are elections.

When both of the competitors who are trying their best to attract the audience come face to face each other. Their words feel like wisdom, but when they are talking about their competitors they spill some random stories. And then they make use of it to dominate their opponents. Those candidates standing for election, use their powerful fake voices in order to win.

You might have seen these candidates pulling legs of each other and try to calm down by pointing out mistakes of opponents which had been committed in the past. Yes! They do it intentionally and most importantly they also use this technique to have control on their anger.
