We give so much of attention to our family, our loved ones, peers that we don’t think about what our body and soul needs. Apart from healthy food, exercise, it also requires our care. Pamper means we need to think good, remain peaceful even during a disastrous situation. There are daily disasters happening, there is not a single day which is spent happily.

People who we care a lot also contribute towards our stress. And this stress then slowly creates anxiety. Then no matter how much healthy food you eat or frequently run on treadmill, your problem won’t get solved. This is because the love we give to others remains unappreciated. Even though we know it, we are not able to stop ourselves.

This is because we love others more than ourselves. What hinders our growth are our own thoughts which is created by the environment around us. For example, if your family always fights and creates violence in the home where peace must exists then that same turbulence will be created in your mind.

And wherever you go you will carry it around. That’s why most of the people get infuriated easily when they are poke as they have been grown in that kind of hot environment. Pampering doesn’t mean that you should place yourself in comfort zones and let others do their work for you. Here it is totally different and it also doesn’t apply for small children as they don’t suffer through stress during that age.

Here pamper totally means taking care of your own wellness internally as well as externally. Though there is social awareness about physical exercise but very few people are aware about mental exercises. You can be the best body builder have biceps, muscles but still you can have fear in your mind. And people do live in that fear thinking it as normal.

They don’t know what’s flushing in their mind, how much amount of stress the mind is suffering through. Such people often fall ill though they take additional supplements. Humans have been doing wrong for a long period of time and they have followed the crowd, the trend. Nowadays we can see so many videos on YouTube about different form of physical exercises.

They are shown up very close covering each and every step. The reason why such videos are becoming popular because exercise helps to give temporarily relief on stress. It helps to shape the body. There are so many benefits which cannot be explained. And still people think about their relationships, secret, gossips, exes, cheating with boyfriend and girlfriend.

The environment is still lying as it is. God has made this world beautiful and has given much more importance towards our emotions, thoughts than our physical looks. They have significant impact on everything because they are precious.

Because of great thoughts we are able to survive. Because of emotions we are able to feel and sense the surrounding. So it’s not only about pampering your physical fitness but more than that you need to give importance towards your mental fitness.

WE GET SUFFICIENT AMOUNT OF TIME FOR SELF-REFLECTION

We all know that how much busy the schedules of people are that even function and parties look like consuming their time. And yes this is true because wherever they go they have to talk with each other. Where they had gone, how’s life going on and so many questions that in actuality we give less amount of time for ourselves than what is required.

What we call as pampering is not spending time with others, but it is more about spending time with ourselves. We love to talk with others but who is going to talk with the mind as such actions don’t exist at all. Talking with mind means understanding what’s going on our mind. We love to know what people think about us and what’s cooking on their mind. But we give hardly give any time to understand why some thoughts pop up unnecessarily.  

It’s better to look at yourself rather than trying to find out thoughts about other people. Your curiosity can be stimulating but it won’t actually give you time for self-realization. As we think about others, it purely means we are ignoring ourselves and pampering others. Simply we can say that we are entertaining them thinking as our audience.

So it’s very important to use that time for taking care of our thoughts and spending time in loneliness can help to learn more about ourselves. You don’t always need friends, relationships in order to enjoy. The amount of time we give for ourselves is rather more significant. And that’s why in this world of relationships, desires, wants, greed, one has to cut off from the external world. It is the only way to seek mental peace.
