An employee of an organization will worry about his promotion. A person who is applying for the job will worry about his final result. A student who is studying in university will worry about his career. So can you relate this with your life? Of course why not and most importantly these are the phases of life where your worries get upgraded as you grow.
A person who has a normal job will worry about his marriage. And at last when we grow old, we worry about our health. Can you say this is the way a human lives his life. When you think about the future then you are actually worrying about it. This is the human tendency because we don’t think about changing the present.
In simplest words, we pull ourselves down by thinking of nothing. And then that nothing becomes something. After that whatever we were thinking starts turning into reality. You might have experienced this situation many times during your work that when you want to work, you get nothing to do. And when you are tired, there’s a lot of work to do.
We might laugh at such moments but that’s what the truth is. You cannot have control over such situations and when we keep worrying about them, they definitely take place. And then what happens is we cry over the same thing again and again leading to some another negative thought.
Trust me how many times we have listened to not to worry about something. Even though we know it’s wrong but we still feel that it is going to create a problem. The solution is in the problem itself. Do you know when humans stop giving shit about someone? When they keep themselves busy with their work and are forcefully made to work.
The best example you can take is of a job. The way the boss orders their juniors. It might feel like stressful but at the same time those people know that if they don’t complete work on time, they will lose their job. What’s missing in us is when we worry we stop our work and only keep worrying about what will happen in the future.
When you keep yourself busy in any activity, there’s some reaction happening which can help you to forget worries instantly. As we all know that we cannot simply focus on two things at a time, and that’s how it will help you to regain your focus.
In simple words we are able to save our time and energy from getting wasted because of our worries. So whenever you cross through such problems, remember to remain busy as much as possible. It will help you to deviate your concentration on important things easily.
IT CRITICALLY AFFECTS OUR MENTAL AND PHYSICAL HEALTH
Everyone talks about mental health but most of the people generally don’t realize that their own thoughts are becoming toxic for themselves. One of the core reason that why mental health problems take place is because of our evil thoughts. Evil thoughts means thoughts which are not good for our mind or they can seriously damage our thinking.
You know that we humans blame each other for becoming a trouble in life but they don’t realize that their shitty thoughts is actually making them fall weak over and over again. You might be thinking that how does it affects our physical health. Then you consider your breathing.
You might have experienced a lot of times that when you fear of something, there’s a lot of increase and decrease in breathing frequency. In simple terms, we experience a lot of instability in breathing. Sometimes we even suffocate when we come across a situation which can cause serious panic. If you think good you will be able to live peacefully.
We complain that even after taking so many therapies and medications the recovery rate still lies at zero. Actually whatever therapies or courses you take, they all are ineffective. Trust me that none of them will work or even heal you from whatever mental health problems you are going through.
These are temporary medications because once the effect is over you will again come to your original condition. You might have even met some people once a while who always looked happy and free but suddenly they fell into a complete depression. And that’s what people who try to worry about their future career, relationships ultimately create a pain for themselves.
If someone is forcing you to worry then you need to first deviate from them. Don’t try to get involved with the wrong group because at last you will be at fault. Remember that mental health is as much as important being alive and free. People think suicide is a problem but they don’t realize that it’s we humans who have created it.
Overthinking manipulates and takes the overall control of our mind. If you don’t want to suffer through such problems then you need to stop worrying about everything and anything. Remember life is full of uncertainty and there are so many mysterious surprises waiting ahead for all of us.
In some parts of our life we can experience a true exponential positive growth while others may lie flat. But don’t give up because now you have control over your actions and thoughts. Remember that your life is precious than your responsibilities. So never let your worries kill your happiness.
