Our entire life is not enough at all to explore the highness of this world. It has so much to give and that is why it is said that this planet is diverse. The amount of resources it offers is plenty enough to survive, but it’s the human greed that takes away and creates a void in equality. There is no equal distribution of our resources and that is why there is so much of gap in the humanity itself. People settle in their comfort zones.
Now the issue is increasing further that due to the increasing amount of population, there are certain instabilities happening around. This is giving rise to competition and the resources are depleting day by day. In the education sector, there is abundance of knowledge, but no one is using it at the fullest. The knowledge is increasing but we are still not finding the right path to use even half of it.
The awareness of education has increased so much that everyone is running over it. The truth is people are not running over education, but instead they are on their way to earn money. Money is the main motivation of this world and its value will go on increasing. This is because the competition is increasing. And due to the increasing competition, seats and position for particular jobs are decreasing.
As we all know that there is a limit for every company out there. No one is serving for the entire lifetime and it will never ever happen. The supply of educated candidates after their final years in that particular field is so much increasing, such that the number of candidates for jobs are being multiplied. Due to the limited seats there are so many slip of rejections people are facing right now.
So what will these candidates do in their future? It’s still the biggest question. And of course the population is multiplying at a higher rate that the future generation won’t even get an opportunity to enter in that particular interview. So do these people deserve this kind of treatment? You might say of course not, but the reality is they are treated in that way to get the best option from the rest.
But we never try to understand that this is not the thing we deserve. Even after scoring high grades in school we might still be low with the rest of the world. When it comes to job then more than eighty percent of the population is dependent on it. But at the same time less than ten percent of the population is involved in business. If business exists jobs will exist or else no one will exist. Due to business, jobs are created and you can even say that both of them are dependent on each other.
At every point of our life, we think that success is in achieving these small and millennial jobs. A poor is never poor unless he thinks in that manner. We have listened to those quotes who had raised themselves great and that is not because they were extraordinary. It was only because their thoughts were extraordinary. In those olden days, if you compare the current situation, then it should be said that they were actually great innovative thinkers than the current situation.
They had that capacity to think different and create innovative concepts. We are just upgrading the concept and nothing else. What really values now is not a promotion, but it’s about discovery. If you discover something new, then you will see yourself that you deserve more. Most of the people follow what others are already doing. We think that to earn money there is none other way than following the queue, and that mentality is going to hinder your development. Then what will you like to say about success?
That kind of mentality is going to be a reason for no growth. It might help you to burn expenses but multiplication of earnings is beyond our thinking. What we can say about success if we keep success in achieving only these small targets? Yes, it’s very good to achieve small targets, but what about the bigger ones. We never create them because we think we deserve this much.
If job seeker will feel that being a general manager is his dream. After going through promotions, and completing his dream, he will settle there itself. And that is why even after having opportunities in other areas, we look for something where there is lot of crowd. Definitely this is a kind of mindset we are adapting right now, since we are feared of trying something new.
We fear of taking risks in life because of some other reasons. We want to settle fast as much as possible, have a happy married life, save money for holidays, become parent of a child and then being a satisfied grandfather. This is what we think but even in this matter, there up’s and down’s. And it absolutely never happens so smoothly because this is the reality.
YOU WON’T GROW UNLESS YOU DISCOVER
The ultimate growth hack for any field or course is to discover new things. Remember Netflix and Disney Hotstar quickly gained popularity because it was a totally different concept. It was limited and most importantly people adapted with the trend. If suppose that the founder wouldn’t have discovered this idea, then what would had happened?
Then this idea would never had been existed and then think about the revenue. If the founder had thought that his small job or settling with a family is everything, then he would only think in that manner. But did that happen? Of course no and that is why the company is making that huge chunk of money. It’s not only about one company but a lot of them are successful only because of discovery.
Tesla Inc which was founded by Elon Musk made that growth possible because he had that vision and the ability to discover. No one ever believed but he did and that is why none of them are able to beat him in that kind of technology. We think that there are only few attempts or opportunities which are deserving just like the wealthiest position in a company.
But we never think about the freedom of being financially free by multiplying those earnings and achieving fame. Think about your ancestors and now look at yourself. The way you have changed your lifestyle and that is what the power of discovery is. Great minds are blessed with power to discover and that is why inventions are formed.

Thomas Edison, Newton and those great inventors created so many inventions, that it is now quickly affecting the current century. Now inventions are growing but not at that rate which was found in that period. So you might have now understood what discovery can give you. It can give you wealth as well as fame.

Sometimes what happens is that people don’t take risk of playing with time because if they do, they will lose their money. Even if they get to know that they deserve better than this, but they will never step on it. They like to play safe and that is how they want to spend rest of their life. Of course it is about choosing. You can choose a Job over business and still think where I am.
You can choose your desire over relationship and think where is my family. We can become what we choose and if that strikes our mind then never ever look back. Never worry about the time or wastage of money. You need to decide that would you like to work your entire life for success or give that one time shot. And you need to choose what best suits for you.
